摘 要:目的探讨何首乌对衰老大鼠海马超微结构的影响。方法给大鼠注射大剂量D-半乳糖(D组),通过行为学测试,电子显微镜形态学观察,观测大鼠学习记忆能力和海马超微结构的变化。结果与对照组(C组)比较,D-半乳糖组大鼠逃避潜伏期延长,海马组织超微结构发生病理改变,何首乌组(H组)逃避潜伏期与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义,海马超微结构轻度病理改变。结论何首乌能够改善D-半乳糖引起的海马超微结构损害,对D-半乳糖引起的记忆力下降有预防作用。[ Objective] Explore the influence of radix polygonum multiflorum on the hippoeampus ultrastructure in the senile rat. [ Methods] Rats were injected with D-galactose, then measured the ability of learning and memory in Morris water maze, observed the changes of hippocampus ultrastructure on electron transmission microscope. [ Results] The escape latency of D group is longer than C group( P 〈0.05) ,and there was no difference between H group and C group( P 〉 0. 05). Electron microscope demonstrated that rats in D group had remarkable aging characteristics, the condition of H group was better than D group. [ Conclusion ] It suggested that radix polygonum multiflorum could improve the damage of hippocampus ultrastructure and delay the senescence induced by D-galaetose.
