摘  要:用不同剂量(5 Gy、10 Gy、15 Gy、20 Gy)60Co-γ射线辐照处理3年生孤挺花鳞茎,并设置对照组,对其成活率及幼苗性状进行田间观测。结果表明:成活率、叶长、叶宽随辐照剂量的增加呈递减趋势。运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)方法对不同辐照剂量下的植株叶片做同工酶分析,结果表明,在5 Gy剂量辐照下,过氧化物酶和酯酶的活性最强。The 3 years life A. belladonna L buib were irradiated by ^60Co-γ ray at different dose ( 5 Gy, 10 Gy, 15 Gy, 20 Gy) , at the same time, control group was set up. The survival and field characters of infancy seeding were observed. The results indicated that the survival rate and field characters were descending along with the dose ascending. The peroxidase isoenzyme and ester isoenzyme of A. belladonna L buib were irradiate by ^60Co-γ ray at different dose and were separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophorosis, we found that 5 Gy treatment could promote the expression of peroxidase isoenzyme and ester isoenzyme.
