摘　　要：目的了解北京市密云县职业病危害因素分布与职业危害现状,明确职业卫生工作重点。方法对该县企业进行全面调查,对其结果进行统计分析。结果该县有383家企业存在职业危害因素,主要危害因素为噪声、粉尘、苯系物和高温等,危害因素主要分布在经济开发区、十里堡镇、密云镇、西田各庄镇和巨各庄镇地区。结论该县职业卫生工作应以经济开发区、十里堡镇、密云镇、西田各庄镇和巨各庄镇等地区为重点,开展对噪声、粉尘、苯系物和高温的防治工作。[ Objective] To learn the distribution and current situations of occupational hazard factors in Miyun, and grasp the emphasis of occupational hygienic project. [ Methods] The investigation was carried out comprehensively in all the enterprises in Miyun, and the data of that were analyzed by statistics. [ Results] There were 383 enterprises in Miyun which had occupational hazard factors. The main occupational hazard factors included noise, dust, benzene and heat, etc. The occupational hazards mainly distributed in economics development district, Shilipu, Miyun, Xitiangezhuang and Jugezhuang areas. [ Conclusion] The emphasis of occupational hygienic project should be prevention of noise, dust, benzene and heat in the key areas included economics development district, Shilipu, Miyun, Xitiangezhuang and Jugezhuang.
