甘利欣、葡醛酸钠联合治疗病毒性肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘利欣、葡醛酸钠（山东华信制药有限公司提供）联合治疗病毒性肝炎的临床疗效，并与甘利欣、双益健（上海复旦复华药业有限公司提供），进行比较。方法120例病毒性肝炎患者随机分成2组，治疗组（60例）采用甘利欣200mg加入10％葡萄糖液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次；葡醛酸钠4支（0．133g／支）加入10％葡萄糖液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程30d。对照组（60例）甘利欣200mg加入10％葡萄糖液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次；双益健1．2—1．8g（0．6g／支）加入10％葡萄糖液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程30d。结果急性病毒性肝炎治疗组总有效率88．89％，对照组55．56％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；慢性乙型肝炎及肝炎肝硬化治疗组总有效率83．33％，对照组59．52％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后AST、ALT活力均较对照组明显下降，差异有统计学意义。结论甘利欣、葡醛酸钠联合治疗病毒性肝炎疗效肯定，价廉安全，适合临床普及推广。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate combined Glucose Aldehyde Sodium in treatment of Viral Hepatitis, and compare with the treatment of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate combined Shuangyijian. [ Methods ] 120 cases of viral hepatitis were divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group （ 60 cases ） was treated by Intravenous dripping of 250ml 10% glucose solution which contained 200 mg Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate per day and Intravenous dripping of 250 ml 10% glucose solution contained 0.532 g （0. 133 g/dose） glucose aldehyde Sodium per day for 30-day treatment. The control group （60 cases） was treated by Intravenous dripping of 250 ml 10% glucose solution which contained 200 mg Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate per day and Intravenous dripping of 250 ml 10% glucose solution contained 1.2 - 1.8 g shuangyijian（ 0.6 g/dose） per day for 30-day treatment. [ Results] Total effective rate among the experimental group and the control group were 88.89% and 55.56% respectively. The difference was significant. [ Conclusion ] Diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined Glucose Aldehyde Sodium treatment is suitable for clinical promotion, for its good effect on Viral Hepatitis, reasonable price and security.
