摘　　要：目前国内尚没有适合海上油井完井采油的井下安全阀定型产品，为此研制出SF－1型井下安全阀。这种阀主要由活塞总成、弹簧、阀板总成及中心管等组成。样阀经室内性能检验及现场应用试验，其性能完全达到海上油井采油工艺要求。A downhole safety valve for offshore well completion is developed. This kind of valve is comprised of piston assembly, spring, valve plate assembly and center pipe. The performance inspection and field test of the sample machine are conducted, and the result shows that the performance of the valve can satisfy the requirements of production technology of offshore holes.
