摘　　要：介绍了异型游梁抽油机的特点，阐述了将常规游梁抽油机改造成异型游梁抽油机的可行性和经济性。以CYJ8－3－48HB型常规游梁抽油机改造成YCYJ8－3－26HB型异型游梁抽油机为例，说明了具体的改造方法、改造前后的参数变化以及经改造而成的异型游梁式抽油机的性能。改造成的异型游梁抽油机的现场试验表明：在相同工况下，异型游梁抽油机可以提高产液量，节能可以达到15％以上。改造使原有抽油设备得到了充分的利用，减少了油田固定资产的投入。The characteristics of a special beam pumping unit is introduced, and the feasibility and economy of modifying a conventional beam pumping unit to the special beam pumping unit are expounded. By taking modifying Model CYJ8 - 3- 48HB conventional beam pumping unit to Model YCYJ8 - 3 - 26HB unit as an example, the modifying method, the variation of the parameters of the unit before and after modification and the performance of the modified unit are described. The field test of the modified unit shows that, under the same working conditions, by using the modified unit,fluit output can be increased, and energy consumption can be cut down by over 15%.
