摘　　要：介绍了建设工程招标投标的基本情况,分析了当前建设工程招标投标活动中存在的问题及原因,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,以进一步规范招投标活动,使建筑市场管理和运行逐步走向规范化、有序化。It introduces the basic situation of engineering bidding, analyses the problems in it and their reasons. And it puts forward solutions respectively, so as to standardize bidding, which attributes to the standardization of the administration and operation of engineering market.
