浅析中国电信市场准入管制

摘　　要：分析中国电信市场准入管制政策的基础上,指出经营业务限制阻碍了固网运营商发展,加剧了电信格局失衡,原因在于目前的电信市场环境与市场准入管制政策制定时相比发生了变化,因此中国电信市场应该逐步放松准入管制,允许固网运营商经营全业务,给出了相关建议。After analysing the telecom access regulation policy in China, this paper points out that the restraint of operation limits the development of the fixed - network operator, and has intensified the disparity between telecom operators. Therefore the access regulation should be loosened and this paper gives the relevant advice.
