摘 要:运用傅立叶红外光谱对(胰特敏)和其它几种西药降糖药物进行了指纹图谱分析研究。发现胰特敏和格列本脲红外光谱图有较大的相似性,但是胰特敏和格列齐特、盐酸二甲双胍的指纹图谱有很大的差异存在。综合分析研究后知在胰特敏中可能含有格列本脲。采用此种方法简便可行,无损坏作用且快速,适用性强,可以为该类药物的结构鉴定及质量的监控提供科学依据。Using the IR Spectrum method analyzes the spectrum of Yitemin, by using the same way studies the blood sugar medicine: Glibenclamide, Gliclazide Tablets and Metformin Hydrochloride Capsules. The results show that there are some similarities between Yitemin and Glibenclamide, and that there are also great differences between Gliclazide Tablets and Metformin Hydrochloride Capsules. The differences show that Yitemin may contain Glibenclamide, and has little possibility of containing Gliclazide Tablets and Metformin Hydrochloride Capsules. After analyzing all these that Yitemin maybe contain Glibenclamide. It is simple, feasible, non-destructible, effective and,more applicable by using this method, and it can provide the scientific evidence for structure identifying and quality controlling of the medicine. The result shows that the pure herb Yitemin can be analyzed by the FTIR spectrum method to study whether it contains the medicine.
