摘 要:空心杯电机属于直流、永磁、伺服微特电机,具有突出的节能特性、灵敏方便的控制特性以及稳定的运行特性,作为高效率的能量转换装置,代表了电动机的发展方向之一。由于空心杯电机采用三角形接法的绕组结构,当采用反电势法对其实行无位置传感器控制时,其控制方式与常用的星型接法电机有所不同。在理论分析的基础上,提出了一种新的反电势检测及换相方法,并对其进行了仿真。仿真结果证明,该方法能使空心杯电机具有更大的电磁功率和更小的转矩脉动。Drag cup motor is a permanent magnet DC servo micromotor, due to the outstanding energy saving performance smart control performance and smooth running performance, it has been a development trend of motor as a high efficiency energy conversion equipment. However, because of the special delta coil structure, control solution of drag cup motor has big difference from that of star-connection motor when it is controlled by the general method of BEMF. Based on theoretical analysis, a novel BEMF test and phase change method was introduced. And a simulation was carried out, of which the result verified that the method can make drag up motor output more electromagnetic power and less torque ripple.
