摘　　要：铝壳电动机外形美观、体积小、重量轻、生产过程环保,深受广大用户欢迎。从铝壳电动机的特点出发,针对铝壳电动机易产生的噪声类别,结合切断电源法和改变电压法提出了一种适合铝壳电动机的噪声分析流程,分析了其噪声的产生原因,并总结出控制铝壳电动机噪声的方法,从而为提高电机制造的质量奠定基础。Aluminum housing motor is popular because of beautiful figure, small volume, light weight and manufacture in favor of environmental conservation. According to the specialty of the aluminum housing motor, the types of noise easily preducing was expatiated. A new method to analyse noise of the machine was brought out combining the method of cut off power With the method of change voltage. The measures to abate the noise were summarized and the quality of the motor was improved.
