摘　　要：在分析基本建设程序、分包规定、工程监理制和项目法人责任制对建设工程交易模式发展影响的基础上,提出了应将建设工程交易模式设计纳入项目前期论证、应将政府的工程项目管理重点放在项目立项阶段、政府应通过加强建设市场管理来实现对工程项目的管理、应完善项目法人责任制等建议。Based on the analysis of the influence of the construction procedure, the subcontract, the supervisory system of project and the responsibility system of construction project corporation on the development of construction project transaction mode, the paper puts forward that the design of construction transaction mode should be brought into demonstration at earlier stage of project ; the focal point of the government management in construction should focus on project-establishment stage; the management of construction market should be strengthened to realize the management of construction project; and the responsibility system of construction project corporation should be improved, and so on.
