摘　　要：对我国工程建设领域目前所推行的代建制进行了深入探究,提出建设工程代建和建设项目法人代理的不同内涵,并研究了代建制、代理制和工程总承包模式之间的关系及其在政府投资项目中的具体应用。On the basis of deep research on Construction Agent System in our construction field, this paper differentiates Construction Agent System from the agent of Project artificial person, investigates the relationship among Construction Agent System, EPC, and the agent of Project artificial person, gives some advice on how to use them in the construction project of government investment.
