摘　　要：本文介绍检测外源DNA转化粮癌农杆菌的新方法，将PCR结合Southern杂交进行检测，与直接进行菌落杂交和点杂交相比。更为灵敏省时。One new method by Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with southern blots to de-tect the transformation of foreign DNA into A. tumefaChas was introduced. This method waseffective compared with colony blots and DNA dot blots.
