摘　　要：对高校图书馆与各院系资料室文献资源联机共享建设所需要解决的关键问题进行研究。主要从回溯建库、系统整合、采购、编目、流通、院系资料员培训、后期数据维护等几个问题进行探讨,提出可行的解决方案和建议,为高校图书馆与院系资料室文献资源共享建设提供参考。The peper does a research on the key problems existing in the literature resource sharing between the university library and the college reference room. It mainly talks about the problems on retrospective bibliographic database building, system integrating, book purchasing book cataloguing, book circulating, training for college reference room data members and data maintenance. Meanwhile, it puts forward some available solutions and suggestions, and offers references for the development of the university library and the literature resource sharing of the college reference rooms.
