摘　　要：是否告知癌症患者其病情真相,一直是医学界和法学界争议的重要话题。本文综合国内外学者的研究,从是否告知癌症患者真相的理由出发,分析影响告知真相的因素,并结合我国的自身情况,试图在尊重癌症病人知情权与避免发生不良后果之间寻找一个平衡点,给医生、律师及法医学工作者在实践中带来一些提示。It is an important issue about telling the cancer patients the truth in medicine and the science of law. This article summarized the literature on this issue. It reviewed the reasons of if or not telling the cancer patients the truth, analyzed the factors which influenced telling the truth, and discussed the characteristic on this issue in China. It attempted to search a balanced point between respecting the right of being informed of cancer patients and avoiding the occurrence of bad results It is intended to offer doctors, lawyers and forensic specialists some references,
