摘　　要：企业公民的社会责任问题成为当前我国学界和媒体争相关注的焦点。我国尚未在《公司法》中就企业社会责任作出具体规定,企业社会责任仅仅停留在道德层面。在经济发展和社会进步过程中,房地产企业应承担以下四个方面的社会责任:国民经济发展的助推器;人民安居乐业的保护神;环境保护的践行者;和谐社会建设的促进者。At present, the enterprise＇s social responsibility became the focal point in academic circles and medium. It＇s not the concrete regulations in law of corporation in our country, and it only stops in moral layer. I think that four aspects should be undertaken in the real estate enterprise ： the booster of national economy development, the protection god in the peoples lives, the passerby tramples in the environmental protection and the person promoting the harmonious society construction.
