摘  要:将aG株豚鼠脑组织毒种于原代地鼠肾细胞传代适应后,优选出一株感染地鼠肾细胞增殖滴度高,稳定性好并保持原株抗原性的新的适应株,其生物学性状和免疫原性研究结果表明,将有可能取代豚鼠脑毒种,生产出更为安全、有效的狂犬病疫苗。After the aG strain of rabies virus cultured in the brain tissue of guinea pigs was passaged in primary golden hamster kidney cells (GHKC), a new adapted strain with high infectious t1ter,good stability and the same antigenicity as its parent strain was selected out. The study on the biological and immunological characters of the adapted strain showed that it might be used for the preparation of safer and more effective rabies vaccine instead of the virus strain cultured in the brain tissue of guinea pigs.
