江苏生产性服务业的发展现状及对策

摘　　要：近年来,江苏生产性服务业随着产业结构的调整及其投入的加大,虽然取得了长足的发展,但仍存在总体发展水平较低、现代物流业发展滞后、技术服务市场化程度不高、开放程度不够及地区发展不平衡等问题。针对这些问题,本文从消除体制性障碍、引导企业生产性服务环节社会化、加大投资力度、扩大对外开放、培育中介服务机构、积极打造生产性服务业集聚区等方面提出了若干对策建议。In recent years, along with adjustment of industrial structure and increasement of input, Jiangsu producer service industries have got great development, but still remain a few questions, such as low general development level, lag of modern logistics industry development, low marketization degree of technology service, insufficient of opening-up degree and imbalance of regional development. Aimed at these questions, this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of eliminating systematic obstacles, guiding enterprises socialization of producer service, increasing investment degree, enlarging opening-up degree, cultivating service agencies, actively developing producer service industries clusters.
