摘　　要：对我国资源共享系统与中小型图书馆外文电子期刊资源保障之间的关系进行分析,并对中小型图书馆如何利用网络优势和共享资源,构建特色外文电子期刊资源保障体系进行探讨。This paper analyzes the relationship between information resources sharing system in China and foreign electronic periodical resources guarantee of Middle or Small - sized Library, and discusses Middle or Small - sized Library how to utilize the network advantages and sharing resources to build characteristics foreign electronic periodical resources guarantee system.
