摘　　要：通过对影像数据交换场景、交换模式、功能需求等方面的分析,提出了通过影像数据共享和交换,建立区域医疗影像数据中心的系统框架。The Data Center of Exchange and Sharing for medical imaging is the main part of Shanghai Hospitals Data Exchange and Sharing System （SHADES）. It is the most important to the development of regional healthcare information system. Based on the exchange scenarios and modules of medical imaging, the hospital user requirements and the technical function characteristic, finally selected the appropriate architecture of the Data Center of Exchange and Sharing for medical imaging.
