摘 要:新疆地区输电线路风偏跳闸率高于全国平均水平,强风是造成风偏闪络的主要原因,同时大量复合绝缘子的使用使得风偏闪络频发。风偏放电的影响因素有风速、风压不均匀系数、风与导线夹角、输电线路的参数等,通过对这些因素的逐一分析,明确了风速、风压不均匀系数和垂直档距对绝缘子风偏角影响较大。线路设计时,风速的选择很重要。而直线杆塔绝缘子串加装重锤防治风偏效果并不明显。The main cause for the higher than national average wind deflection caused trip rate in Xinjiang is that strong wind causes flashover. Besides, wide usage of composite insulators is also responsible for frequent flashovers. Factors affecting wind deileetion caused discharge include wind speed, wind pressure ununiformity coefficient, induded angle between wind and conductor, and transmission line parameters, etc. By carefully analyzing these factors, it is concluded that wind speed, wind pressure ununiformity coefficient, and vertical span have large influences. It is important to determine wind speed in line design. Adding heavy damper on suspension tower's insulator string to prevent wind deflection is not very effective.
