摘  要:随着我国垃圾处理产业的发展,垃圾渗滤液处理随之兴起,膜生物反应器作为新兴处理工艺,具有占地面积小、处理效率高的特点,在渗滤液处理中得到广泛应用。论文从膜组件的通量、污泥浓度的确定、供氧设计、反应池温度、生物泡沫辅助设施、厌氧出水中悬浮物和硫化物对好氧反应器的影响、管道堵塞、仪表配置和设备备用等方面对用于垃圾渗滤液处理的膜生物反应器的设计提出建议,以促进设计工作的完善及膜生物反应器在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用。With the development of waste disposal industry in China, leachate treatment industry arise. As a new process, membrane bioreactors are widely applied with its small area and high efficiency in leachate treatment. In this paper, the membrane flux, the sludge concentration, oxygen supply design, tank temperature, biological bubble ancillary facilities, impact of suspended solids and sulfide in the effluent of the anaerobic reactors on the aerobic microbe system, the pipeline plugging, instrument configuration and equipment standby, and other aspects of the membrane bioreactor design were discussed and according proposals were put forward to improve the design work of membrane bioreactor and promote the application of membrane bioreactor in leachate treatment industry.
