粉叶蕨配子体发育的研究

摘　　要：首次用光学显微镜对粉叶蕨Pityrogramme calomelanos(L.)Link配子体发育的连续过程进行了详细观察.孢子为四面体形;片状体生长点形成较晚,偏向一侧;原叶体为不对称的心形,无毛状体;精子器球形;假根具有多种形态.粉叶蕨配子体的形态,在发育过程中变化很大,假根的原始特征较明显.The gametophyte continuous development of Pityrogramme calomelanos （ L. ） is observed under light microscope . Spores are tetrahedral type, development of apical point is later and lean to one side. The prothallus is asymmetric cordate, and without hairs. The antheridia are globose and the shapes of rhizoids are various. The shape of gametophyte is various in differentperiods of the gametophyte development, and the characteristic of rhizoids is obviously primordial.
