摘 要:用非完全硝化法处理牛皮样品,即在90~100℃的温度下,用浓硝酸和过氧化氢消解,直至消化液呈透明淡黄色,再加入乳化剂OP溶解消化过程中所产生的油脂,可获得均匀的样品乳浊液。取适量的乳浊液制成试液,以氘灯扣除背景吸收。建立了用石墨炉原子光谱法的快速测定体系,从而为牛皮制品的进一步处理打下基础。本文对干、湿样品处理条件和干扰的消除进行了考察,测定结果与灰化法一致,对同批牛皮中的铅、镉、铬的含量进行了11次的平行测定,所测元素的相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.1%;各元素的加标平均回收率为97.7%~101.2%。The incomplete digestion method may be used to treat the cattlehide sample. At a low temperature of 90-100 ℃, the concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used to turn the digestive soulution to transparent light yellow and then Emulsifier OP was added to melt the grease produced in the digstive course, thus the uniformity sample emulsion was obtained. The test solution was got with a suitable amount of emulsion for the purpose of the establishment of the rapid determination system of graphite furnace atmoic spectrometry, while the background absorption must be deducted by deuterium lamp. As a result the foundation for the further process of cattlehide articles was laid. In this paper, the obtained result is same as the ashing method through the investigation of the treating conditions of the dry and wet samples and the interference elimination. The lead, cadmium and chromium contents in leather of the same batch were determined for 11 times in parallel, and the relative standard deviation measured was 1.9 % 4.1% for the determined elements, while the average recovery of the standard addition of the various elements was 97.7%-101.2%.
