摘　　要：目的探讨电子病历档案接口的研发与病历档案的开发利用。方法设计病案统计管理系统与HIS(医院信息管理系统)的接口衔接;辨别真假和保护电子病历结构的技术;病历档案的开发利用。结果极大地节约了时间,提高了工作效率和准确性。结论该方法避免了重复劳动,达到资源共享;分析结果为医院科学管理和临床诊疗提供了方便快捷的优质服务,为提高我院医疗水平、医疗质量、经济效益、社会效益起到很好的促进作用。Objective This research was designed to explore the design and development for EMR and its utilization. Method To design the interface between medical record and medical statitics management system and hospital information system; To properly identify true and false and to protect the frame of EMR; To use the information of medical record. Result The results show that the method can greatly save time and improve work efficiency and veracity. Conclusion This method can realize resources sharing to aviod repeated work; The analysis results provide high quality service for scientific hospital management and clinical diagnosis and treatment, and it also improve our medical meatment level and quality and socical benefit.
