摘　　要：本文通过实际的例子,介绍了TDR测试中差分测试信号的2种模型,并比较了这2种模型在测试时的差异。同时分析了在TDR测试中阶跃信号上升沿时间对于测试结果的影响以及如何选择合适的上升沿时间,希望能够给测试人员在选择测试参数做一些参考。This paper introduces two differential signal models of TDR test and gives a compare of the difference of the two models. Meanwhile, the paper explains the influence of the speed of the signal rise time and how to choose the suitable rise time.
