摘  要:为了使两线制变送器AD693准确变送被测量的数据,为准确测量提供一个基本保证条件,展开了对两线制变送器AD693的实用调零电路的研究和设计,首先,按两线制变送器AD693的原芯片资料的调零电路调试,但怎么调都调不到零,因而分析了AD693的原芯片资料的调零电路不能调零的原因,采用设计的新电阻网络作为AD693的实用调零电路,并应用在基于单片机制作的智能检测信息处理器中,调试及应用结果表明,新设计的AD693的实用调零电路能可靠调零,提高了变送数据的准确性。In order that the two-wire transmitter AD693 transmits the measured data accurately, a basic guarantee condition is provided,the research and the design of two-wire transmitter AD693's practical zero-adjusting circuit are also developed. First,AD693's zero-adjusting circuit of original chip information is debugged, and it can not be adjusted to zero in any case. Therefore, the reason why AD693's zero-adjusting circuit of original chip information can not be adjusted to zero is analyzed. The new resistance network is designed,which is used as AD693's practical zero-adjusting circuit,and it is applied in intelligent detection information processor based on MCU. The debugging and the result of the applications indicate that the practical zero-adjusting circuit can adjust reliably to zero and enhances the accuracy of the transmission data.
