中西医结合洽疗乳腺增生病132例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合联合应用TAM与乳增宁治疗中，重度乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的中、重度乳腺增生症病人132例，随机分成二组，对照组应用TAM。治疗组联合应用TAM与乳增宁，治疗三个疗程，观察治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为94.2％。对照组总有效率为79.2％。结论TAM联合应用治疗中、重度乳腺增生症有很好的疗效。Objective To observe the eficacy of combined TAM and Ruzengning in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands, Methods 132 patients were divideded randomly into two groups ： treatment group and comparison group, control group in which 64 cases were treated only in TAM . treatment group in which 68 cases were treated in TAM and, All paitents were treated three course of treatment. Results The total effective rate were significantly higher in treatment group（94.2%）compared with those in control group（79.2%）（P〈0.05） .Conclusion TAM and repaglinide are effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
