摘 要:结合宝钢铁水预脱硫的生产实践,分析了宝钢现行6类铁水脱硫模式的生产效果、粉剂消耗、生产工艺组织及经济效益情况。结果表明,铁水脱硫模式的选择必须充分考虑原料条件、工艺总图布置、铁钢对应程度、处理目标要求、处理综合成本等要素。宝钢目前采用的铁水包脱硫模式,具有处理时间短、粉剂消耗低、处理后硫低、综合处理成本最优特点,是值得推广和普遍采用的高效脱硫技术。Based upon the practice of hot metal pre-desulphurization at Baosteel, the production results, powder consumption,omanagernent of production and economic benefits of several processes are analyzed. It was shown that for selection of resonable method of hot metal pre-desulfurization the raw material availability, lay-out of equipment, matching of hot metal and steel production, target of pretreatment, cost and so on must be considered. The best mode of hot metal pre-desulfurization at Baosteel is the pre-desulphurization in hot metal ladle, which has following merits:short treatment time, low powder consumption, final sulfur content and treatment cost. So it is a high efficiency pre-desulfurization technology and is good for popularization.
