摘 要:以高密集射流冷却时钢板表面的对流换热边界为基础,采用有限元分析对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和合金钢20CrMnTi常压无约束淬火过程的温度场、应力应变场进行数值模拟,分析对比了2种钢板的温度及X向应力变化规律,且对不同上下水量比下2种钢板的厚度方向的变形量进行了比较,分析了淬火过程马氏体相变对钢板变形的影响,为优化控冷工艺更好控制板形提供了依据。Based on convective heat transfer boundary conditions on the surface of steel plate subjected to cooling with high density jets, the temperature field, stress and strain field of 1Cr18NigTi and 20CrMnTi plates during quenching were analyzed with finite element analysis. The rules of the temperature change and stress in direction of X of the steel plates were analyzed too. The displacements in thickness direction of the steel plates under different water flowrate ratio were compared. The influence of martensite transformation on deformation of the plates was analyzed. The results can be used to optimize controlled cooling technique and control plate shape.
