摘　　要：建立了一种同时测定番茄、黄瓜中醚菌酯和肟菌酯农药残留的气相色谱法。以乙腈高速匀浆提取、盐析后，再经氟罗里硅土柱层析，净化效果显著。采用气相色谱一电子捕获检测器对待测组份进行了分离和测定。实验证明，添加浓度在0．01、0．05和0．2mg／kg时，番茄、黄瓜中醚菌酯和肟菌酯添加回收率在80．2％～103％之间，相对标准偏差（RSD，n=5）小于10％，醚菌酯和肟菌酯在样品中的最低检出浓度为0．005mg／kg。An analytical method of kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin residues in tomato and cucumber by gas chromatography （GC） had been established. Samples were extracted by blending with acetonitrile and cleaned by Florisil column chromatography. The fortified recoveries of kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin in tomato and cucumber samples were 80.2%- 103%. Relative standard deviation was less than 10%, and the limit of detection of two pesticides in tomato and cucumber samples was 0.005mg/kg, respectively.
