摘  要:针对传统电动执行器可靠性低的问题,提出了一种网络化电动执行器故障自诊断与自保护方法。首先从网络化电动执行器的运行参数中提取故障特征信息并按其关联程度分类。其次采用模糊信息融合方法对故障特征信息进行信息融合,对运行中的异常现象作出判断。最后通过规则推理选择故障自保护措施,确保网络化电动执行器正常运行。本文还给出了故障诊断流程和断信号、过载等典型故障的判别与保护方法。检验与实际运行表明,具有故障自诊断与自保护技术的网络化电动执行器运行可靠、稳定。Aiming at the low reliability of traditional electrical actuator, an intelligent fault self-diagnosis and selfprotection method for networked electrical actuator (NEA) is proposed in this paper. First, fauh feature information is extracted from NEA operation parameters, which are classified according to relation degree. Then fuzzy information fusion technology is used to fuse the fault feature information of NEA. Hence, the fault of NEA can be recognized. Finally, the self-protection methods of NEA are chosen according to the result of fault self-diagnosis. The flow of fault diagnosis and the diagnosis and protection methods of typical faults are given too. The reliability and stabilization of the networked electrical actuator is tested by practical application.
