DFY-Ⅱ型超声图像定量分析仪诊断脂肪肝的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声图像定量分析仪(DFYⅡ型,简称"定量仪")在脂肪肝诊断中的临床应用价值。方法采集通过经校正CT试剂管诊断的肝脏弥漫型脂肪变30例患者的声像图,使用定量仪进行声像图定量分析,比较肝脏超声灰阶值与脂肪含量以及肝脏CT值之间的相互关系。结果定量仪所测超声灰阶值与经校正CT试剂管测定的肝脏脂肪含量呈明显的正线性相关,而与肝脏CT值呈明显的负线性相关。结论定量仪分析对脂肪肝的早期诊断及随访观察有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical value of DFY Ⅱ ultrasound imaging analysis software （ called DFY in short below） in quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver disease. Methods The gray scales of livers, which were diagnosed as suffused fatty liver disease with CT scan density calibration curve of test tube, were analyzed by DFY . And the relationships among gray scales, degree of fatty infiltration and CT scan density of livers were also analyzed. Results The gray scales of livers were positively correlated with the content of fat, while negative correlated with the corresponding CT scan density. Conclusion DFY may be an important pragmatic clinical value for diagnosis of pristine fatty liver disease.
