Tei指数估测妊娠晚期妊高征胎儿心室功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数评价妊娠晚期妊高征胎心室功能的价值。方法应用超声心动图测量30名孕龄在28～40周的妊高征组胎儿及55名孕龄在28～40周正常对照组胎儿的左、右心室多普勒时间间期，获得左、右心室Tei指数，比较妊高征组与正常对照组阿指数。结果妊高征组左、右心室Tei指数均较正常对照组显著增高（P〈0．01）。结论Tei指数能简便、敏感地评估胎儿心室整体收缩、舒张功能。Objective To investigate the value of Tel index in assessment of the fetal cardiac function of pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome in the third trimester. Methods Fetal echocardiography was performed on 30 fetuses of pregnancy - induced hypertension （PIH） syndrome and 55 normal fetuses of the third trimester. Tel index was obtained by measuring the ratio isovolumic time （isovolumic contraction time and isovolumic relaxation time ） to the ejection time of the left and right ventricle. Tel index of PIH group and control group was compared. Results There was significant difference in Tel index of left ventricular and right ventricular between PIH group and control group. Conclusion Tei index is a simple, reliable Doppler index for assessing global ventricular function in fetuses.
