摘　　要：目的彩色多普勒超声是诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的主要方法之一。本文详细叙述了近年来彩色多普勒超声在诊断及治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的新发展,包括其在手术前诊断中的应用、开放及腔内手术中的应用、手术后随访中的应用等各项操作技术的最新进展。为彩色多普勒超声更加广泛地应用提供了新的思路。Color Doppler ultrasound is one of the most important diagnosis methods in the lower limb atherosclerosis occlusion. In order to put this technique in wide use, this article describes the current progress of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb atherosclerosis occlusion, including preoperative diagnosis, usefulness in the operation or endovascular intervention and the postoperative follow- up.
