摘　　要：采用录像解析法、对比分析法、文献资料法,对第九届健美操世界锦标赛女单冠军和我国选手难度动作进行比较分析。结果表明:我国选手所选难度动作不缺组,分布较为均衡,但与冠军难度动作相比,难度级别明显较低,且难度级别分布明显成下降趋势,难度动作的完成与冠军选手还有一定的差距。Through using the method of video analysis, comparative analysis and literature review, this paper analyzes the difficulty movements of China athlete and champion in the 9th world sports aerobics championships. The result shows that China athlete＇ s difficulty type don＇ t lack group. The whole set of difficult actions are fine. But the rank of difficulty is obviously lower than the champion and the set of difficulty shows decline.
