摘　　要：目的:研究辛伐他汀对人脐静脉内皮细胞分泌IL-6和IL-8的影响。方法:辛伐他汀(5μg/mL,10μg/mL)分别预处理细胞8h后加入100ng/mL的脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)共同孵育,用ELISA方法检测不同时间点(1、12和24h)IL-6和IL-8含量变化。结果:空白对照组细胞在不施加任何刺激的情况下可以分泌少量IL-6和IL-8,并随时间的延长分泌量不断增加;LPS刺激组IL-6和IL-8分泌量比对照组明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过辛伐他汀预处理组IL-6和IL-8分泌量明显低于LPS单独刺激(P<0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀具有抑制LPS刺激血管内皮细胞分泌炎症因子IL-6和IL-8的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of simvastatin on the secretion of IL-6 and IL-8 in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Method： Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were stimulated by LPS （100 ng/ml）and co-incubated with different concentrations of simvastatin （5 μ g/mL,10 μ g/mL） for 1-24 hours （1 h,12 h and 24 h）. The levels of IL -6 and IL -8 in the cells were measured by ELISA. Result： LPS could increase the production of both IL-6 and IL-8 in umbilical vein endothelial cells significantly. The levels of these cytokines were reduced significantly by simvastatin when compared with blank control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Simvastatin can reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the human umbilical vein endothelial cells, which is stimulated by LPS.
