China’s first large-scale MA production unit operational in Shanxi

摘　　要：A brainchild of researchers of the CAS Institute of Coal Chemistry, a production unit capable of turning out 20,000 tons of maleic anhydride (MA) per year, the largest of its kind in China, has come into operation recently at the Shanxi Regent Taiming Chemical Co Ltd in Taiyuan, capital of north China's Shanxi Province.A brainchild of researchers of the CAS Institute of Coal Chemistry, a production unit capable of turning out 20,000tons of maleic anhydride （MA） per year, the largest of its kind in China, has come into operation recently at the Shanxi Regent Taiming ChemicalCo Ltd in Taiyuan, capital of north China＇s Shanxi Province.
