小柴胡汤对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨小柴胡汤对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠肌肉注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,同时给予小柴胡汤,连续7日,并设免疫抑制模型及正常对照组。检测各组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力及TH1型(IL-2、IFN-γ)和TH2(IL-4、IL-10)型细胞因子产生水平。结果:与正常对照小鼠比较,免疫抑制小鼠T细胞增殖能力明显下降,T淋巴细胞增殖能力及TH1和TH2型细胞因子产生均明显降低(P<0.01)。给予小柴胡汤的正常小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖能力提高,TH1和TH2型细胞因子产生也有所增加,但与正常组比较没有显著差异(P>0.05)。与免疫抑制小鼠相比较,给予小柴胡汤的免疫抑制小鼠的T淋巴细胞增殖能力及TH1和TH2型细胞因子的产生均明显增加,(P<0.01)。结论:小柴胡汤可以有效地增强免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能。Objective：To explore the influence of Bupleuri Decoction on the immunological function of the immunosuppressed mice. Methods：BALB/c mice were induced immunosuppressed mice with eyelophosphamide i. m.. And at the same time Bupleuri Decoction were administrated for 7 days and once every day. The immunosuppressed mice and normal mice were established. At the eighth day proliferating activity of T lymphocytes and the concentration of TH1 and TH2 cytokines were detected. Results：Compared with normal control, the T lymphocytes proliferating activity and all the cytokines decreased differently （P 〈 0.01 ）. The normal mice administrated Bupleuri Decoction had boos-ted T lymphocytes proliferating activity and the concentration of the cytokines ,whereas compared with normal control there is no difference （P 〉0. 05）. Compared with immonosuppressed mice,the immunosuppressed mice administrated Bupleuri Decoction had enhanced T lymphocytes proliferating activity and higher concentration of the cytokines （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Bupleuri Decoction can efficiently enhance the immunological function of the immunosuppressed miee.
