苦丁茶对免疫功能低下小鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解苦丁茶对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:经口灌服醋酸地塞米松(DEX)诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,7d后经口灌服苦丁茶,采用苦丁茶和当归补血汤对小鼠进行体液免疫功能测定。结果:苦丁茶煎液具有促进IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的分泌,即通过改善机体的免疫抑制状态,进而增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。结论:苦丁茶有增强和上调免疫功能低下机体的作用。Objective：to investigate the effect of Ilex latifolia thunb on immune function in mouse. Methods：Mice were given the dexamethasone （DEX）intragastrically with pipe and after 7 days they were inoculated with Ilex latifolia thumb. The functions of humoral immunity were examined in the mouse after administrated Ilex latifolia thumb and Dangguibuxuetang. Results： Ilex latifolia thumb could secrete the serum IL-2, IFN-γ as well as IL-4. Hence, we think that the medicines may recover the humoral immunity. Conclusion：Ilex latifolia thunb can enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.
