摘　　要：目的:了解大学生健康状况,发现疾病,及时治疗。方法:对5548名新生进行血液、尿液检查,内科、外科、口腔科、眼科、耳鼻喉科及胸部X线检查。结果:男生检出异常结果1441例,占25.97%,女生检出异常结果2517例,占45.37%(以上结果不包括近视)。男女生比例差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。异常率较高的疾病分别是近视,患龋,耳鼻喉,乙肝,血压,ALT。结论:通过体检发现很多疾病,应及时采取措施,进行防护、治疗,防止群体发病。Objective：To understand the health condition of college students and find out the disease to cure in time. Method： The examination on 5548 first-year college students involved the participation in departments of blood, urology, internal medicine, surgery, stomatology, ophthalmology, ENT and thoracic X-ray. Result 1441 abnormal cases of boys accounting for 25.97% and 2517 abnormal cases of girls making up 45.37% of the total （ near-sighted cases not included）. The above comparative difference is of statistic significance （p 〈0.01）. The most abnormal cases are near-sighted, decayed tooth ,ear-nose-throat,hepatitis B ,blood pressure ,ALT. Conclusion Through the physical examination many diseases are found out. And in future necessary measures should be taken to put pre-vention first and cure in time to avoid the group diseases.
