中国地震科技文献库(英文版)建设的回顾与思考

摘　　要：通过十多年来《中国地震科技文献库（英文版）》的建设实践，认为：文献数据库是信息服务的基础，应加强数据库建设在计算机检索系统中的主导地位；对文献数据库建设的长期性和艰苦性要有充分的认识；要克服目前在数据库建设中存在的重“路”轻“车”，重网轻库的倾向。建议设立地震科技文献数据库建设基金，改善文献数据库建设的条件，使地震科技文献数据库建设有长期稳定的发展机制。From the ten plus years developing practices of the documental database of China seismology journal papers (English edition), it is considered that the documental database is the foundation of infortnation services; the leading place of the database construction in the computer retrieval system should be strengthened and the protracted nature and arduousness for that understood sufficiently; the trend of laying stress on 'road' and making light of 'vehicle', and laying stress on network and making light of database should be overcome. Establishing the fund of the database developmnt and improving the condictions of building database are suggested,so as to make the database construction has a long-stable development mechanism.
