摘　　要：目的探讨刎颈伤的救治方法和效果。方法回顾性分析21例刎颈伤患者的病历资料。结果所有患者全部救治成功，术后随访6个月～2年，3例发音嘶哑，余18例均呼吸通畅、发音正常，无吞咽障碍、喉狭窄等后遗症。结论救治刎颈伤时，在保证生命体征正常的情况下，尽早及时行咽喉成型修复手术，预防各种后遗症的发生，以期获得良好疗效。Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect for neck injury. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of neck cut injury from June 2000 to April 2007 were retrospective analyzed. Results All were successfully treated, Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, 3 cases were hoarse, and others had noimal pronunciation and swallowing. Conclusion In the treatment of cut neck injury, if the vital signs are noimal, the molding repair surgeries on the throat should be done as soon as possible.
