摘 要:目的对玉龙县、云南家、野两型及西藏北部旱獭鼠疫菌代表株的生化特性进行比较,分析玉龙县疫源地的性质。方法采用常规方法对玉龙县鼠疫菌、云南省家、野两型及西藏北部旱獭型共12株鼠疫菌代表株进行生化特性的研究。结果5株玉龙县鼠疫菌发酵甘油、麦芽糖、阿胶糖,不发酵密二糖、鼠李糖,脱氮阳性。结论玉龙县鼠疫菌与云南剑川菌株(野鼠型)及云南省家鼠型菌株生化特性不同,与西藏北部旱獭鼠疫菌的生化特性接近;按纪树立分型接近于喜马拉雅旱獭青藏高原生态型,按宋延富分型属于喜马拉雅旱獭生物型A生物亚型。Objective To analyze the character of Lijiang Plague Foci by comparing the biochemical characters of strains isolated from Yulong County, rat foci of Yunnan, wild rodent foci of Yunnan and Marmota foci of northern Tibet. Methods Routine methods were taken to study the biochemical characters of 12 strains of Yersinia pestis from Yulong County, rat foci of Yunnan, wild rodent foci of Yunnan and Marmota foci of northern Tibet. Results All 5 strains from Yulong County fermented glycerin, maltose and arabinose. They all reduce KNO3, while didnt ferment melibiose and rhamnose. Conclusions It is different in biochemical characters of Yersina pestis strains isolated from Yulong County, rat loci and wild rodent loci. The biochemical characters of strains isolated from Yulong County and Marmota foci of northern Tibet are near. The Yulong foci is Qingzang Plateau Type according to the typing method of ecology originated by Ji Shuli, while it is Himalayan marmota Type A according to the typing method of biology originated by SONG Yan- fu.
