摘　　要：热室压铸机压铸是一种传统的压铸方法,在压铸生产中有一些值得注意之处。指出了热室压铸机在安装和操作中的几点注意事项,比较了3种压铸铝锌合金,介绍了含铜锌合金ACuZn5的成分和力学性能,及压铸镁合金的熔炼、保温和浇注中的要求。归纳了压铸模具使用和压铸过程中操作的要点。The hot chamber die casting is a traditional die casting method, and there are several things that must be paid attention during the installation and operation of the hot chamber die casting machines. Three kinds of die casting AI-Zn alloys are compared in this paper; the chemical composition and mechanical properties of ACuZn5 and the requirement for melting, holding and pouring of die casting Mg alloys are presented; the usage of die casting dies, as well as the key points of operation during die casting process are summarized.
