摘　　要：生态市建设规划是促进可持续发展的有效措施。本文分析了生态市建设规划与早期生态示范区建设规划存在的差异,探讨了编制生态市建设规划的一些基础理论和理性认识。Eco - city planning is one of the effective measures improving the ability of sustainable development in regional level. The paper analyzed difference between eco- city planning and early ecological demonstration area planning, and discussed basic theories and rational recognition on making eco - city planning.
