摘  要:室内培养玉米“掖单51”幼苗至一叶一心,选择大小一致的展开叶片,切取中部2cm长叶段为试材,分别悬浮培养于3种不同处理条件的培养皿中:Ⅰ(CK)—蒸馏水+室温25℃;Ⅱ—蒸馏水+40℃;Ⅲ—GSH(还原型谷胱甘肽)(10μmol/L)+40℃;于0h,2h,4h,6h进行有关生理指标的测定。结果表明:用10μmol/L的GSH浸泡离体玉米叶片能减少高温胁迫下叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量的降低,但对POD活性有一定抑制作用,提示GSH对高温胁迫下的离体玉米叶片有一定保护效应。Seedlings of maize variety (yedan 51) were cultivated in the room. When seedlings grew upon the period of one developed and a little new leaf. Some identical leaves were selected and cutted from middle parts in 2 cm as the materals. These materials were incubated in suspension in dishs at three different treatment. Ⅰ(CK)—distilled water+indoor temperature (25 ℃); Ⅱ—distilled water+40 ℃; Ⅲ—GSH (10 μmol/L)+40 ℃. Some physiological indices were determinated in the treatment time of 0 h, 2 h, 4 h, 6 h. The results shown that using solution of 10 μmol/L GSH to incubate the separated leaves of maize could reduce the falling of chlorophyll and soluble protein content. But the activity of POD was restrained in some degree. These suggested that GSH had some protective effects on separated leaves of maize under high temperature stress.
