摘　　要：阐述了如何应用集成电路硬件系统实现国标规定的符合电磁兼容性规范的电压和频率瞬变的要求，并给出了实验结论和简明的电路结构。经实验证明，该系统能满足国标要求，具有较好的综合性能。How to use the IC hardware system contenting nation criterion of changing requisition of transient voltage and frequency in correspondence with electronic magnetic compatible (EMC) standard had been discribed. The conclusion of the debugging and the simple circuit structure are given. which is proved to meet the demands of the EMC nation standard, and produced good comphensive effects.
