摘　　要：本文以STC89C51单片机为核心,利用SIEMENS专用协议芯片SPC3,开发出带PROFIBUS-DP接口的电动执行机构。文章阐述了PROFIBUS-DP卡的总体设计方案和软硬件设计,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图,并提出了DP卡抗干扰的具体措施。最后通过实验室组网测试,证明该电动执行机构操作方便,通讯可靠,达到了预期效果。Taking STC89C51 MCU as the core, the design uses the special-purpose protocol chip SPC3 to develop the electric actuator with PROFIBUS-DP interface. The text introduces the implementation of software and hardware for PROFIBUS-DP card, provides some circuits and software flow charts, and proposes specific measures about antiinterference. Experiment proves that the actuator is easy to operate, reliable communications, and has reached the anticipated design object.
